Do you have several vehicles?

Where will you pick me up at the airport / train station?

The driver will wait for you at the arrival hall with a welcome sign on which your name will be inscribed.

Do I have to present a voucher to the driver?

Once you have made your reservation, you will receive a confirmation with all the details, including payment. The driver who will pick you up will have the same information, so you do not need to present a confirmation voucher.

What happens if my flight is late?

Before picking you up, the driver follows the information about your flight on the official website of the airport. In this way, he can plan his route. If your flight is late, we will be informed and there will be no extra charge. However, if the flight is more than 30 minutes late, we cannot guarantee immediate handling of your ride, but rest assured that we will do everything possible to ensure that you are satisfied.
